Access to course content does not grant you rights to reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share any materials, logins, downloads, or internal systems in any way.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content and the immediate access granted at purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

All associated bonuses, templates, or downloads

Any programs, mini-courses, or resale license opportunities

Once access is delivered, no refunds, cancellations, or “cooling-off” periods will apply under any circumstances.

You acknowledge and agree that by completing your purchase, you forfeit any right to dispute the transaction via your bank or financial institution unless fraud can be proven.

4. Payment Plans

If you elect to purchase through a payment plan:

You are committing to the full purchase amount and are legally bound to complete all payments in full.

Failure to complete scheduled payments will result in loss of access and may initiate debt recovery processes.

Payments made toward the course prior to cancellation are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Removing or cancelling your payment method does not void your contractual obligations.

5. Delinquency, Chargebacks & Account Standing

If your account becomes delinquent or multiple payments are missed:

Access to the platform, support, private groups, or affiliate earnings may be revoked without notice.

Any attempted or actual chargebacks will result in immediate termination and a permanent lifetime ban from all future programs.

We reserve the right to initiate legal action and/or engage third-party collections to recover outstanding balances.

6. Affiliate Purchases

Purchasing as an affiliate or reselling the program does not entitle you to any refund. Commissions are earned through effort, not guaranteed results. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with your own performance or results in reselling the program.
